The e-Blotter system facilitates the electronic filing and management of barangay-level disputes and incidents in accordance with the Katarungang Pambarangay Law (Presidential Decree No. 1508) and the Local Government Code of 1991.

Click on "Register as Resident" and complete the 5-step registration process. You'll need to provide personal information, contact details, and upload a verification document. After admin approval, you can start using the system.

What types of cases can I file through the system?

You can file civil cases or community-related issues only, including disputes, disturbances, property disagreements, noise complaints, and other barangay-level matters. The system supports evidence upload and digital signatures to ensure complete documentation.

Note: This system does not accept criminal cases. Criminal incidents such as robbery, physical assault, or other serious crimes must be reported directly to the Philippine National Police (PNP) or appropriate law enforcement authorities.

How do I track the status of my case?

Log into your account and visit the "My Reports" section. You can view all your filed cases with their current status, scheduled hearings, and any updates from barangay officials.

Can I request blotter clearance through the system?

Yes, both registered residents and complainants/non-residents can request blotter clearances online. The system will process your request and notify you when it's ready for pickup or if additional requirements are needed.
